Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing quality control actions to ensure the highest quality standards in our products and services. This role requires expertise in 508 compliance, writing quality control plans, and maintaining a comprehensive program of inspections and monitoring actions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Section 508 standards.
  • Oversee the management and execution of quality control actions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive program of inspections and monitoring actions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Test and implement operational procedures and other QA measures.
  • Monitor and complete forms and reports accurately.
  • Execute administrative duties to ensure that the QA function is properly executed.
  • Provide technical assistance to client as needed and inform client timely of issues, problems, and progress.
  • Perform contract surveillance and report findings to clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Experience with Section 508 compliance.
  • Proven experience in writing quality control plans and documentation.
  • Strong experience in QA testing and implementation.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Nationally recognized certifications are a plus.
