  • Position: Service Specialist II (Delivery Driver)
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Location: Dallas, TX
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm. Some on-call weekends and evenings required.

What you do:

  • Schedule and make deliveries of home medical equipment (HME) to patients' homes
  • Perform and instruct initial equipment set-up as needed
  • Complete data entry and reports regarding deliveries and customer visits
  • Develop relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and coworkers at PHS
  • Assist in Warehouse duties, such as pulling tickets, receiving, and inventory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DME/Home Health or other related experience is preferred.
  • Driving experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license

To qualify you must have a high school diploma or GED, an acceptable driving record, and one to two years of work experience, preferably in a customer service-related role. The qualified candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Warehouse and/or driving experience in the area is a plus.
