We are seeking a Bilingual Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for assisting our Spanish-speaking clients and providing exceptional customer service. The position offers a base salary of $18 - $21 per hour, with additional commission and bonus opportunities. Entry-level representatives typically earn an additional $500 to $1,000 per month in commission, while experienced agents can earn between $1,500 to $2,000 per month.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to upsell current and new clients.

Requirements
  • License Requirements: A Property and Casualty License is required. A license is not required to apply. Licensing Assistance Available.
  • Candidate must be Bilingual in Spanish with previous sales experience and 1 year of office experience to be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
