Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • In charge of efficiently and promptly fulfilling E-commerce orders on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and achieving a high fulfillment rate while prioritizing a sense of urgency.
  • In charge of customer service (live chat, phone call, and email) including returns and exchanges.
  • Oversee the management of inventory, including handling incoming and outgoing shipments, and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Ensure that the work environment is tidy and well-organized.
  • Adaptable to undertake additional tasks or assignments as required by the company.
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Ability to work on their own and consistently keep busy

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • 1-year minimum of working with E-commerce platforms, especially Shopify
  • 1-year minimum of customer service experience
  • 1-year minimum office experience (preferred)
  • Experience with USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Excel, and Gmail functions (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
