We are in search of a Bilingual Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative to enhance our service delivery. This position is vital for assisting our Spanish-speaking clientele and ensuring outstanding customer support. The role comes with a base salary ranging from $18 - $21 per hour, along with potential commission and bonus incentives. New representatives generally earn an additional $500 to $1,000 monthly in commissions, while seasoned agents can achieve earnings between $1,500 to $2,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct timely follow-up communications with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Address client objections and concerns to enhance upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- License Requirements: A Property and Casualty License is required. A license is not necessary to apply. Licensing Assistance Available.
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish with prior sales experience and at least 1 year of office experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
