Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs an NPD professional, you will be responsible for developing new products and improving the existing products for the assigned category. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful development and commercialization of the new products, product improvement, or cost reductions. Your job will also involve conducting routine, non-routine and complex research and development activities to develop new products by considering the chemical, biological and/or physical complexity of dough and baked product formulations. You will also evaluate and improve the quality of existing products and related processes. Your accountabilities will require you to partner with others cross-functionally and work gets done through speed to market or standardized business processes.

Requirements
1. To be eligible for this position, you must have hands-on experience in product development, specifically within the bakery industry, with expertise in pizza/dough products. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in this area.
2. A Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Food Engineering is a must-have requirement. Your strong academic background in the field should be highlighted.
3. You should have substantial experience in the related industry, with an emphasis on your knowledge and expertise in the development of bakery products. This qualification will illustrate your familiarity with industry trends, consumer preferences, and best practices in delivering high-quality baked goods.
