Job Title:

Senior Immigration Attorney


Location:

Coral Springs, FL (Onsite)

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Early start required for immigration interviews at 7:00 AM.


Salary:

Up to $150,000 base salary maximum (commensurate on experience)

Includes bonus opportunities and 100% covered health insurance (family coverage).


Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and represent clients in immigration interviews and court appearances.
  • Draft and file a wide range of immigration petitions and documents.
  • Handle cases related to family and employment immigration law (80% family-based, 20% employment-based).
  • Ensure legal accuracy and timely processing of immigration applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide mentoring and guidance to junior attorneys and staff.
  • Manage a flat fee billing structure with an estimated 20 billable hours per week.


Required Skills:

3+ years of immigration law experience (preferably 5+ years).

Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).

  • Extensive experience in family and employment-based immigration cases.
  • Strong ability to manage client relationships and oversee immigration interviews.
  • Excellent organizational and case management skills.
  • Empathetic, client-centered approach with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.


Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a high-volume immigration law firm.
  • Bilingual in Spanish in addition to Portuguese.
  • Previous mentoring or leadership experience within a legal team.
