Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join our team at Castro Law P.C. as a key member of our personal injury law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients with injury claims, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are represented.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
  • Advise clients on personal injury claims, providing guidance on the legal process and potential outcomes.
  • Negotiate settlements for clients, working to secure fair and just compensation.
  • File lawsuits and respond to discovery requests, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to protect clients' interests.
  • Prepare clients for depositions, take defendant depositions, and attend mediations, as needed.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law and to personal injury claims, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, but not required. A Florida Bar license is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Previous experience in law is preferred, but not necessary for the position.
  • Familiarity with various legal documents and the ability to analyze complex information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
