Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities:

The Senior Associate will be a proactive team player responsible for:

  • Communicating effectively with clients and other legal professionals
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and pleadings
  • Filing necessary pleadings
  • Occasionally attending court hearings
  • Overseeing the trust funding process
  • Leading complex cases with strategic insight and expertise

Qualifications:

  • Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar
  • Extensive experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration
  • Experience in drafting a minimum of 300 trust-based estate plans and serving as attorney of record in at least 100 formal administration probate cases
  • Expertise in complex estate planning, including charitable trusts and various trust types
  • LLM in taxation or estate planning and/or Board Certification is highly desirable
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior associates
