Position Overview

Trust Counsel PL is in search of a Senior Estate Planning Attorney with substantial experience in Probate and Guardianship law. This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work opportunities. Exceptional candidates demonstrating strong leadership and collaborative skills may be eligible for a fully remote arrangement.

We invite qualified Probate and Guardianship Attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience to explore this opportunity.

Compensation:

Annual salary starting at $110,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage legal cases from inception to resolution
  • Oversee the work of paralegals and legal assistants
  • Draft and review various legal documents
  • Conduct thorough legal research
  • Engage in court hearings and proceedings
  • Maintain communication with clients and opposing counsel

Ideal candidates will possess confidence, independence, and expertise in their legal practice.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
