Job Overview: The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of our field sales and door-to-door teams. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong background in field sales and team management. The Field Sales Manager will develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a motivated sales force to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective door-to-door sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
  2. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing field sales team.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high achievement.
  3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  4. Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and manage efficient field sales processes and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Monitor inventory of sales materials to ensure the team is well-equipped.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with other sales channels to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales, field marketing or event management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
