Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated BDR/ Outreach Specialist to develop and execute Account Based Marketing and Business Development strategies focused on high-value accounts. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with target accounts, leveraging personalized campaigns to drive sales and increase customer retention. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, create tailored outreach plans, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives. This position involves managing client data, conducting in-depth research, and supporting high-intent outreach efforts to nurture leads and secure repeat business. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build trust are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Data management: Maintaining accurate client and prospect data, including contacts, account info, and status. IDing best practices for account and contact data management

Researching accounts: Identifying high-value accounts and performing research to determine the best outreach strategies for each client

Planning campaigns: Developing messaging, identifying appropriate content and support pieces to add value, outlining channels to reach target accounts, and managing project timelines. These will include distinct tactical approaches to reach both new and repeat business.

Executing campaigns: Account outreach and relationship building to nurture prospects and add value to the interactions until they are ready for sales. Working with the marketing team for supplementary strategic outreach tactics, including retargeting efforts, content, and asset development.

Analyzing campaigns: Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and analyzing campaign performance to adjust strategies and maximize ROI

Reporting: Reporting on the success of campaigns to Marketing and Sales and working towards a set Discovery and Sales goal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, account-based marketing, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to outline a multi-strategy approach to maximize results
  • Knowledge of marketing tactics and approaches that supplement strategic outreach
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
 

This position is open to qualified candidates in both the United States and Mexico, with a preference for candidates based in Mexico.
