Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator with order processing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage customer inquiries, and ensure that orders are entered into the system efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and enter approximately 40 orders per day into the system (with potential for increased volume).
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses.
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing questions and resolving issues regarding order status, shipment, and delivery.
- Work closely with the Order Processing Manager to ensure all orders are processed and moved along to the shipping team accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ensure orders are complete and properly communicated to the shipping team for timely delivery.
- 3 years of experience in order processing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
