The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Airport is looking for an active customer-focused team player with exceptional sales skills to be the next Sales Manager at our busy hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales tours, and networking in the local community
  • Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group and catering clients
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
  • Attend various industry tradeshows and conferences as a professional representative of the hotel, while adhering to the budget and marketing plan requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
  • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • 2 or more years of hotel sales experience
  • Salesforce or similar system experience
