The Sales Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring that sales processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company's business objectives. This role involves managing sales data, optimizing sales tools and systems, and supporting the sales team with insights and resources needed to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Operations Manager will also collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies to support the achievement of revenue targets and business goals.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide the sales team with accurate forecasts, reports, and dashboards to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop sales plans, quotas, and incentive programs.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment between sales operations and other business functions.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of sales team members, providing resources and guidance on best practices.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure efficient lead distribution and follow-up processes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales productivity, including process automation, tool implementation, and workflow optimization.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including KPIs, revenue, and sales cycle length, and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in sales operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of improving sales operations and supporting revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in sales operations and process optimization.
  • Experience in training and developing sales teams is a plus.
  • Professional certifications in sales operations or related areas are desirable.
