Ram Jack franchised dealers area located in North and Central America, Canada and Puerto Rico. Ram Jack is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We manufacture our products at our Ada, Oklahoma facility using only American-made steel. Position Description:
The Commercial Administrative Coordinator ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the Commercial Project Managers staff by carrying out common office duties. They maintain a positive and friendly company image. Must be self-motivated with exceptional sales skills to build a long-lasting career with our organization. You also must have the ability to interface with Texas architects, engineers and contractors for the express purpose of building professional long-term relationships, facilitating the sales bidding process for upcoming projects and securing new business.

Job Responsibilities:
Support Commercial Project Managers
Commercial Sales Processes / Bidding & Proposals
Maintaining Bidding Platforms
Implementing and generating project reports using Excel
Sending out reports
Networking
Manage Social Media Accounts

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Knowledge of Office Management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Experience in sales, construction and commercial contracting (preferred)
Strong Organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Teachable with good work ethic
