Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Commercial Operations Coordinator to enhance our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of office processes while providing vital support to our Commercial Project Managers.

The ideal candidate will embody a positive and professional company image, demonstrating self-motivation and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster long-term relationships with Texas architects, engineers, and contractors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Commercial Project Managers in daily operations
  • Facilitate commercial sales processes, including bidding and proposals
  • Maintain and manage bidding platforms
  • Generate and implement project reports utilizing Excel
  • Disseminate reports effectively
  • Engage in networking opportunities
  • Oversee management of social media accounts

Qualifications:
  • Proficient understanding of office management systems and procedures
  • Experience in sales, construction, and commercial contracting is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
