Marketing and Proposal Coordinator - Prism Electric, Inc.

Prism Electric, a leading commercial electrical contractor, is seeking a talented Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to contribute to our continued success. We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to support our marketing and sales teams. As a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling proposals, managing marketing materials, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Assist in creating persuasive proposals that highlight our company's strengths and address client needs.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing campaigns, from creating eye-catching materials to managing our online presence.
  • Organization Overdrive: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Creative Collaborator: Work closely with our design team to produce visually appealing materials.
Requirements:
  • A passion for marketing and a love for all things construction
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic graphic design skills (and willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality
