Position Overview:

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the selected candidate will provide comprehensive business development support to the Sales Team, focusing on key customers across various retail channels including leading .com platforms, mid-tier retailers, distributors, and specialty stores. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with 1P and 3P operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Accounting) and external partners to ensure seamless account management.
  • Catalog Management such as completing asset collection tasks, (ASIN, Titles, Bullet Points, Descriptions) in Vendor Central.
  • Facilitate communication with domestic and import operations teams regarding order changes, cancellations, and order tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting, including adding new items to forecasts and participating in inventory monitoring.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  • Generate sales and inventory reports as directed by the Sales management team.
  • Manage assets for catalogs or promotions and coordinate with various departments for asset requests.
  • Handle quotes, item maintenance, sample/mock-up requests, and presentation development.
  • Monitor sales and inventory activity versus forecast.
  • Create sales and inventory reports as directed.
  • Complete Channel Management forms for exclusive items and submit deal sheets for markdowns, chargebacks, and promos.
  • Perform content audits, managing images, videos, and copy.
  • Assist in customer set-up forms for new accounts under the designated Sales Lead.
  • Communicate PO status and new item opportunities to customers.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer product industry.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams (Sales/Operations/Marketing/Accounting).
  • Direct knowledge of Amazon with a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting the account.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Highly motivated, detail-focused, resourceful, and self-starting individual.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism.
