HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A CLINICAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

As a Clinical Manager - Operations Supervisor, your day starts by reviewing and approving treatment plans to ensure they meet Medicaid standards and address the needs of our behavioral health clients. You lead a dedicated team, overseeing their performance, hiring new staff, and fostering a supportive environment. Your role involves developing and implementing evidence-based interventions, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with community providers. You ensure that all program metrics are met and that our services continually improve.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS OUR CLINICAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

  • 2+ years of administrative and clinical supervisory experience
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • IL License of Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience in public presentations and conducting formal training
  • Ability to work effectively with professionals from various disciplines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with community providers

  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, leadership, and community organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of systems of care, wraparound principles, and suicide prevention
