YOUR NEW ROLE AS A LIFESET CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

This is a full-time human services position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our clients and staff. You will also participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide support during crisis situations.

As a LifeSet Clinical Supervisor, you will begin your day by meeting with your team of specialists, providing clinical direction based on the YVLifeSet model. You will facilitate weekly group supervision, conduct direct case reviews, and oversee service plan development to ensure each young adult is making progress. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with the clinical consultant on staff development interventions, ensuring documentation and contractual requirements are met. You'll also support your team by attending court sessions and meetings with collateral contacts, and conducting field supervision to ensure their competency. In addition, you'll manage professional development plans, hold individual supervision meetings, and address facility maintenance issues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.


REQUIREMENTS FOR A LIFESET CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

  • Master's degree in social work or a related human services field
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in the human services field
  • Strong leadership and clinical supervision skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining compliance with policies, laws, and standards
  • Commitment to CARE principles and TCI crisis de-escalation techniques

Someone who is an LCSW or LCPC is preferred but not required If this sounds like you, apply to this human services position
