YOUR COMMUNITY SUPPORT ROLE:

As our Clinical Service Supervisor - CST, you will oversee assigned programs provided by the clinical department, ensuring their success and compliance with all regulations. You will manage a team of professional and non-professional staff, including their selection, training, and supervision. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing program budgets, organizational policies, and administrative initiatives. You'll oversee the implementation of a recovery-oriented, community-based rehabilitation service for children and adults with complex behavioral health needs. Additionally, you will handle client referrals, intake, and admissions, maintain positive relationships with referring agencies, and ensure all program metrics and requirements are met. Your role is crucial in achieving program goals, participating in leadership meetings, and driving program outreach and marketing efforts


REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR CLINICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR - CST:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human service field from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for a license of Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Knowledge of community mental health and Community Support Team service philosophy
  • Ability to make public presentations and conduct formal training
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in evidence-based mental health interventions is highly desirable.
