Our portfolio includes Guidepost Montessori, the Academy of Thought and Industry, and the Prepared Montessorian. We've been promoting the Montessori method via physical schools, digital platforms, learning pods, and educator training since 2016. As we continue to expand, opening about one new school per week, we aim to cultivate a deep love of learning in every child, empowering them to reach their full potential and grow into independent, fulfilled adults. In a period marked by significant growth, we are enhancing our array of in-person and digital educational services, achieving over 100% annual revenue growth and providing numerous opportunities for career progression and skill development.
The Role:
We are seeking a Regional Admissions Lead to increase enrollment rates within our Guidepost Montessori school locations. This role involves managing 10-14 accounts at a time and demands excellent organizational skills and effective follow-up abilities.
This position is ideal for those who excel in dynamic environments, maintain a growth-oriented mindset, and adeptly define their role as they progress. In collaboration with various internal teams and your regional team, you will work to ensure each school achieves or maintains robust enrollment numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional enrollment strategies, aiming to meet and exceed quarterly enrollment targets through effective marketing and sales tactics.
- Plan and assist in executing monthly region-wide events to boost awareness and engagement within target school communities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and refine digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct local outreach and grassroots marketing campaigns to enhance school visibility, brand presence, and attract prospective families.
- Serve as a crucial link between your region's schools and the broader marketing and admissions team, offering guidance on marketing strategies and best practices.
- Regularly report on enrollment performance and metrics, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations for future growth.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on growth achievements.
- Exceptional project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and adeptly managing complex projects with changing timelines.
- Knowledge of the early childhood education sector, with a Montessori background seen as a bonus.
- High degree of independence, efficiency, and confidence, along with a readiness to adapt and learn from mistakes.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a flexible, innovative approach.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Meta Business Manager, and social media platforms is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or similar role.
We Offer:
- 100% tuition discount for two children at any of our network schools.
- A collaborative, supportive team culture focused on growth and leadership in the education industry.
- The convenience of a flexible hybrid schedule.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
- Opportunities for regular travel and personal involvement in the schools you manage.
- Competitive salary: 55-75k (plus bonus)
- Pathway for career advancement and professional development.
Join our mission to transform the educational landscape by fostering a global community of lifelong learners.
