Compensation & Incentives:

  • $20.00-24.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

How you'll contribute to the team:

Under the direction of the controller, this position will process and oversee the flow of invoices and the phases of the invoice payment processing. They will work to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with financial data. Performs all other duties as assigned.

  • Process invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a paperless environment
  • Prepare and issue accounts payable checks and electronic payments
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve billing questions and concerns
  • Promote teamwork and cooperation
