We are seeking a part-time temporary accounts payable specialist to support accountables payable and month end close. Candidates must be comfortable using a variety of tenchology platforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Monitor email inbox for invoices and route into Automated AP system
- Ensure that invoices are moving through the approval process within the system
- Process all check payments in a timely and accurate manner using Anybill automated AP system
- Identify vendors that require 1099s, appropriately track within our systems
- Record all monthly credit card transactions; review documentation for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:Successful candidates generally possess:
- High levels of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software such as Adobe or Foxit
- Proficiency with Abila MIP or similar fund-accounting system
- Ability to learn new technology systems quickly
- Excellent critical-thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail

Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $30.00 per hour. This position is expected to start on August 16, 2024 and end on November 27, 2024 with a time committment of 37.5 hours per week.
- Tahirih works with a hybrid approach supporting both remote and in office work.
