Our Chester County client is seeking a dependable Administrative Clerk to organize and prepare paper documents for shredding and scanning and to organize electronic files.

A day in the life of an Administrative Clerk
  • Identify and organize paper documents by person, date, and type according to verbal and written instructions.
  • Sort documents into scan and shred categories and package for scanning or shredding.
  • Locate, name, and save electronic documents into electronic folders.
  • Other duties related to paper and electronic filing as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements for the Administrative Clerk position
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Basic spelling, grammar, and math skills.
  • Ability to collect and organize information for reports.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to read and interpret written information.
  • Strong organizational skills. Accurate and detail oriented.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and handle confidential matters.
  • Ability to use standard office machines (fax, copier, calculator, scanner, laptop, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
