Duties
  • Types a variety of forms and documents requiring knowledge of the subject being addresses to support purchasing, procurement contract negotiation, contract administration and contract termination processes.
  • Maintains records of contracts and activity on each contract. Provides information and assistance to customers concerning procurement procedures and status of individual procurement contract requests.
  • In support of the procurement process, conducts research to assemble specifications and technical data, information on suppliers and vendors, and comparative data on goods available.
  • Reviews contract clauses to select those appropriate for a specific purchase.
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of branch operations.
