Commercial Sales Representative - Property Restoration

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping commercial clients mitigate and recover from water damage. With a One Team mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Established sales goals are met or exceeded. Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. A PuroClean Marketing Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to target commercial property owners, property managers, insurance companies, and other potential clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and networking events.
  3. Identify opportunities for water mitigation services by conducting thorough assessments of commercial properties and understanding the unique needs of each client.
  4. Present and sell our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value they offer.
  5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to provide the best possible solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Knowledge of the water mitigation industry and related products and services is a plus.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
