About the Role

At StretchLab, we're seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with new membership sales, introducing new members to our studio, and booking them into introductory classes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist the Operations Manager with the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and close.
  • Client Onboarding: Book and confirm introductory classes for new members.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, greeting and checking-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
  • Facility Tours: Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships with clients and prospects, and targeting their needs and wants.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
  • Club Promotion: Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Service Presentation: Present available services to current or prospective members.
  • Appointment Booking: Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed introductory classes.
  • Event Participation: Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events, to promote the club.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
Requirements
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Must have proficient computer skills.
  • Travel: Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
