Job Title: Pharmaceutical Marketing Associate


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting clinics and hospital pharmacies to promote our pharmaceutical products.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product positioning.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulations to report on relevant news and updates.
  • Support the creation of promotional content, including brochures, flyers, and sale sheets.
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
  • Introduce and promote our products/services, highlighting key benefits and features via phone or email.
  • Educate clients with verified research on industry news, trends, and FDA regulations to help generate leads.
  • Follow a structured script while maintaining the flexibility to adjust the conversation based on client needs and responses.
  • Gather relevant information about potential clients to tailor the sales pitch effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and credibility.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and objections confidently and effectively.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for further discussions.
  • Track and report on semaglutide sales team key performance metrics including conversion rates and sales achieved.
  • Analyze call outcomes and feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the sales team.
  • Guide the sales team through the sales pipeline process and promptly address any questions that may come up.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Generate sales sheets, pricing lists, FAQs, scripts, and real-case examples to support the sales team in their calls.
  • Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and team meetings.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Build product sample boxes to send to potential clients.


Requirements:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically targeting clinics and hospital pharmacies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for pharmaceutical marketing
