ANNUAL SALARY (based on experience): $62,000

 

MISSION OF THE POSITION

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Specialist In this role, you will ensure the efficient processing of orders to support our sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager. You will oversee the smooth and successful administrative execution of sales activities, including but not limited to, terminal provisioning, order processing, tracking and shipping, and reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Order Processing and Logistics:

·       Completes order processing, tracking, shipping (i.e., updating CRM, shipping, resolving customs’ issues, coordinating with the Logistics team to repackage and resend orders to customers).

Sales Support:

·       Responds to appropriate requests for quotes sent to the Sales Support email address or distribute internally to appropriate person for action.

·       Provides requested support to Sales staff as needed; Assisting the sales team with administrative functions in the event they are traveling or unable to generate quotes, ROMs, RFPs, etc.

·       Executes inside sales transactions promptly and accurately, minimizing errors.

·       Tracks and distributes RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs posted on Sam.gov, EBUY, and Deltek.

·       Maintains Salesforce by tracking opportunities from initiation to delivery and collaborating with the sales team to ensure opportunities are kept up-to-date.

Finance Coordination:

·       Collaborates with the Finance team to establish invoicing upon order intake and ensures invoices are sent to customers upon delivery.

·       Coordinates with the Finance and Legal teams to complete vendor forms and certifications promptly.

CRM and Reporting:

·       Assists with CRM administration, including setup changes, troubleshooting, adding new users, and creating reports/dashboards for the Sales and Finance teams.

·       Develops reports to support existing and new contracts.

·       Maintains the demo terminal calendar and tracks assets.

·       Runs and distributes weekly reports to the parent company.

Other Duties:

·       Other duties as assigned by manager.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

·       An Associate’s Degree along with 2 years of experience working in a sales or customer service/support environment.

Other Qualifications

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Must be self-motivated, dynamic, creative team player.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and to seek assistance when appropriate.

·       Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

·       Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in in a fast-paced team environment.


TRAVEL

·       Travel is not projected for this position but may occur occasionally – less then 10%.
