Position Overview
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the sale and distribution of spare, repair, and replacement parts. Your daily interactions with both external clients and internal supply chain teams will be vital in executing parts sales and promoting upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Process sales quotations and customer orders efficiently for both internal and third-party clients.
  • Interpret and execute contracts and agreements related to spare parts.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries, ensuring revenue targets are met through professional handling and strategic upselling.
  • Collaborate as a team player, demonstrating commitment to the success of the aftermarket team and the organization.
  • Prepare and present weekly bookings and monthly backlog reports for management review.
  • Maintain focus and adaptability to meet deadlines while managing changing priorities and challenges.
  • Engage in additional responsibilities including analysis, problem identification, and solution development as required.
  • Be available for scheduled after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • High School Diploma (required); post-secondary education preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Oilfield Service Industry is advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with oilfield operations are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Visual Manufacturing and Microsoft D365 is preferred.
