This role will be responsible for developing and reinforcing the culture we want to create through onboarding, communications, programs and grassroot efforts. In addition, the role will play a critical role in developing and launching our new skill academies.

What you'll do:

  • Developing and executing our internal communication strategy
  • Executing our engagement survey and evaluating engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leading the development and facilitation of our new skill academies which includes partnering with vendors to curate the content, identifying opportunities to apply the learning and implementing the program
  • Partnering with business teams and HR Business Partners to identify learning gaps across departments and build strategies to close gaps
  • Leading Definitive Healthcare's cultural ambassador group which is a team of individuals that meet quarterly to provide insight into the company culture
  • Coordinating and leading our bi-weekly onboarding experience and continues to find ways to improve the experience
  • Supporting the Definitive Healthcare affinity groups by providing the necessary support and structure needed to drive participation and engagement
  • Curating content and facilitating our bi-monthly Learning Wednesdays

What you'll need:

  • 5+ Years of experience in learning and development and/or employee experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience facilitating training
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective at building relationships
  • Experience working with vendors
  • Experience participating or running an ERG/Affinity Group
