Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations at That's Great News. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Operations in day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate communication and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Some heavy lifting may be required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a manufacturing or creative industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Flexible Schedule:
- 24-40 hrs/wk depending on task load

- Mondays, Thursdays would be required in-office for 8 hours.
