Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently organize company meetings and events including interviews, offsites, business development & marketing activities, and team-building activities.
  • Oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for employees across departments, including candidate sourcing, interviews, feedback, onboarding and offboarding
  • Onboard and offboard employees, independent consultants and contractors across functions including but not limited to finance, accounting, HR, IT, legal, customer service, security, and administration
  • Draft agendas, record minutes, document key action items, manage internal Wiki, develop, compile, and distribute presentation and communication materials, and adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations
  • Manage complex calendar set-up and movement and coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Work with finance, accounting, & HR consultants to ensure timely and compliant processing of payroll and administration of benefits
  • Process incoming and outgoing communications with government agencies and internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Follow best practices for company recordkeeping, filing, contract management, and data hygiene
  • Ensure internal compliance with operational processes and performance, recommending and implementing solutions for improvement where necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned
