Join our award-winning campus in Richfield The Pines, an 82-unit independent and assisted living campus, is hiring a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator (CNA or HHA) to join our team in a unique, blended role

In this role, you will organize and schedule appropriate nursing department coverage, including the master schedule, daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels at multitasking, and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday as well as On-Call. No weekends, but need to be able to have a flexible schedule.

Scheduling Coordinator responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
  • Interview candidates for open nursing and CNA positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees.
  • Track continuing educational programs for staff.
  • Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
  • Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
Scheduling Coordinator skills and requirements:
  • Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Location: The Pines Senior and Assisted Living is a part of Cassia and located in the Central Metro.
