Job Summary: The Concierge will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering outstanding customer service and managing a range of activities and requests to ensure a positive and memorable experience. Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Member Services:

  • Greet members and guests warmly, providing a high level of personalized service
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Handle membership inquiries, bookings, and complaints with professionalism and empathy


Facility Management:

  • Monitor court availability and manage reservations for pickleball and padel courts
  • Oversee the upkeep of common areas, ensuring facilities are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any facility issues promptly


Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and executing club events, tournaments, and social gatherings
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other partners as needed for event success
  • Ensure events are well-promoted and members are informed and engaged


Administrative Duties:

  • Manage the club’s scheduling software and keep accurate records of member interactions and preferences
  • Process payments, memberships, and other administrative tasks
  • Prepare and distribute communication to members regarding events, updates, and promotions


Guest Relations:

  • Provide local recommendations and information to visiting members and guests
  • Handle special requests, such as arranging transportation or booking accommodations, when necessary
  • Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere to enhance the community spirit within the club
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Expertise of the local area to make recommendations for restaurants and other activities
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
