The Role

As a key member of our management team, the Childcare Manager will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, youth-oriented experience that fosters active and creative lifestyles. This includes:

  • Leading a team of KidTown Associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive, clean, and safe work environment
  • Developing and implementing programs that promote physical activity, socialization, and healthy lifestyles among children
  • Providing regular training and coaching to KidTown Associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of youth programs and services
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a child care environment with relevant youth programming experience
  • A genuine passion for providing quality and safe youth experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
