Job Title: Ocean Concierge

The Ocean Concierge is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to residents and their guests of 42 Ocean Condos and Cavalier Residences. This role requires a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Handle calls and interactions with residents and visitors, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Keep resident files up to date, ensuring accurate and secure storage of sensitive information.
  • Be knowledgeable about member benefits and services, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Assist residents with inquiries and services, finding solutions to their questions and needs.
  • Make reservations for guests, including spa services, dining, and other activities.
  • Work with outlet managers to ensure seamless dining reservations and experiences.
  • Assist with deliveries and package handling for residents.
  • Offer suggestions for local activities, restaurants, and other experiences, maintaining an up-to-date local guide.
  • Manage conference room reservations and ensure smooth operations.
  • Issue visitor parking passes and handle key FOB access and parking issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the East and West lobbies and front patio.
  • Coordinate property needs for residents, including garage key FOBS and beach access cards.
  • Ensure clear, constant, and exceptional resident communication.
  • Meet the needs of Cavalier residents to the best of your ability.
  • Work with Cavalier Realty Associates and the Beach Club Manager to welcome new owners and ensure they have all necessary amenities.
  • Create personal files on owners with special dates, anniversaries, birthdays, and move-in dates.
  • Manage the East Lobby desk and train associates for coverage.
  • Establish relationships with local restaurants and transportation services for partnerships.
