Primary Purpose of Position:

The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing community events, activities, and programs. This role focuses on enhancing residents' well-being, promoting social interaction, and creating a positive living environment. Liv Communities is a vibrant and community-focused property management company that aims to enhance the quality of life for its residents. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and fostering a sense of belonging within our communities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • · Event Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with residents, team members, and local vendors to organize engaging events such as fitness classes, cultural celebrations, game nights, and seasonal parties.
    • Coordinate logistics, including event schedules, invitations, decorations, and entertainment.
    • Ensure events align with Liv Communities' brand and values.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with residents by actively participating in community activities and getting to know their preferences.
    • Encourage resident involvement and feedback to continuously improve the community experience.
    • Promote a sense of community pride and unity.
  • Wellness and Fitness Programs:
    • Develop and implement wellness initiatives, including fitness classes, walking clubs, and health seminars.
    • Collaborate with local fitness instructors and health professionals to offer diverse programs.
    • Monitor participation and track wellness goals.
  • Social Media and Communication:
    • Maintain Liv Communities' social media presence by sharing event highlights, community news, and lifestyle tips.
    • Create visually appealing content to engage residents online.
    • Communicate upcoming events through newsletters, flyers, and community bulletin boards.
  • Budget Management:
    • Work within allocated budgets for events and lifestyle programs.
    • Source cost-effective solutions and negotiate contracts with vendors.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning, community engagement, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for enhancing residents' lives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
