Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Sales: Assist with the leasing process, ensuring lease and co-working terms are clearly communicated with and agreed to by clients.

  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in outreach marketing activities, distribute marketing materials, and assist with coordination of new resident move-in process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competition, assist with application verifications, and ensure accurate and timely completion of lease file paperwork prior to move-in.
  • Event Planning: Assist and provide a fun and engaging experience for members at required property events.
  • Grounds and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized aesthetic, visually inspect grounds, buildings, and units on a regular basis, and ensure units are always show-ready.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of leasing experience in multifamily housing or high-end hospitality/sales experience.
  • Experience with Yardi, CRM, and Rent Café strongly preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to compile required reports timely.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Equal Opportunity Housing laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experienced in all social media outlets and tech-savvy.
  • College degree strongly preferred.
