Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests.
- Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting.
- Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Fosters a positive work environment.
- Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership.
- Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars.
- Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date.
- Must have TAM card up to date.
- Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5-years' experience as a line cook or a similar role in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Must be able to stand, lift loads up to 50 lbs and bend for extended periods of time.
- Handle and store food products correctly (FIFO).
- Monitors recipe accuracy, enforcing the use of proper weights and measures.
- Ensure junior chefs adhere strictly to recipe Provide food requisitions daily to the provision office to ensure adequate provisions are made for next days cooking.
- Provide the all-important training to newly recruited cooks and take note of how they.
