Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Description:
Augments and supports course planning and development, including, but not limited to, all formal training courses, lessons and related courseware material.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • Level 1: 
    • Associate's Degree in subject matter related to courseware hired to develop or Air Force ISD Course. (AETC ADDIE or Approved Equivalent Course
    • Plus 1 year experience applying the ISD process (Analysis [Job Analysis, Task/Learning Analysis, Resource Analysis & Target Audience Analysis] Design to include Objective & Evaluation authoring, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) to formal curriculum (civilian or otherwise).
  • Level 2: 
    • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in subject matter related to courseware hired to develop or Air Force ISD Course (AETC ADDIE or Approved Equivalent Course)
    • CCAF ISD Certification or civilian equivalent. For Non-CCAF courses, equivalent internship/experience that would result in ISD Certification
  • Level 3: 
    • Bachelor's Degree in subject matter related to courseware hired to develop or completion of Air Force ISD Course (AETC ADDIE or Approved Equivalent Course)
    • Three (3) years experience applying the ISD process to formal Air Force CO, IO, or Faculty Development courseware
    • CCAF ISD Certification or civilian equivalent. For Non-CCAF courses, equivalent internship/experience that would result in ISD Certification
