Solugenix Corporation is seeking an experienced Instructional Design and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training content using adult learning theories and instructional design principles
  • Collaborate with project leads and subject matter experts to create training content that meets client needs
  • Develop training content in various modalities, including ILT, VILT, eLearning, self-paced, and virtual classroom
  • Use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other authoring tools to create engaging and interactive training content
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing of training content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and development
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
  • Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other authoring tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Captivate, Adobe Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of NoVo Ed Learning Platform and graphic design principles
  • Experience recording and editing audio

Pay Range: $45.51/hour
