About the Job
PubNub is looking for an ABM and Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Revenue Marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our business, driving end-to-end campaign planning, and targeting strategic accounts. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the ABM and Marketing Campaign Manager will develop and scale our ABM program and other integrated marketing campaigns while working closely with the growth, product marketing, content, and sales teams.Key Responsibilities
● Develop and Implement ABM Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive Account-Based Marketing strategies to target key accounts, decision-makers, and influencers.
● Partner with Sales: Collaborate closely with sales organization to identify target companies and carry out integrated motions that move accounts through the pipeline.
● Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and more, ensuring cohesive messaging and effective targeting.
● Leverage Automation: Use marketing automation tools to execute and test campaigns for optimal results.
● Content Collaboration: Work with the growth, product marketing, and content teams to develop compelling campaign content.
● Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with sales and business operations to develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
● Budget Management: Manage and track budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for ABM programs and campaigns.What You bringMinimum Qualifications
● Experience: 5 -10 years of related job experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels (paid media, email, social media, webinars, and events). At least 2 years of experience in account-based marketing or a similar field.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.Additional Skills
● Exceptional communication and project management skills.
● Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
● Proficiency in using a Marketo & Salesforce tech stack, with experience in ABM tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, or RollWorks preferred.
● Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure.
● Familiarity with marketing analytics and ROI tracking.
