About the Role
Sundae is hiring a Real Estate Agent Recruiter to proactively source and onboard real estate agents to join our Southern California team on a full time basis. This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, and creativity.
As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you are tasked with sourcing local real estate agents in Sundae’s existing markets via cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, lead follow up, and local networking event attendance with a goal of placing them in a full time position on the Sundae team. This role will start as a contractor with the intention of becoming a full time permanent member of our team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Sundae's first point of contact for real estate agent hiring
- Cultivate relationships with real estate agents through referrals, social media, lead generation, event attendance, and more
- Develop a significant online presence by posting and engaging with online media, platforms, marketplaces, and blogs
- 75+ calls a day to real estate agents, most of whom are cold leads
- Onboard 2-3 new agents per month in assigned cohorts
- Maintain detailed engagement documentation in the ATS including clearly defined next steps and reminders
- Identify opportunities to attend local agent networking events and speaking opportunities
About You
- Meticulous recruiter and sales pipeline management
- Competitive spirit

- Professional experience in real estate and existing relationships with agents is highly desirable
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a real estate agent recruiter role
- Ability to qualify prospective agent partners quickly
- Ability to rapidly learn and apply new strategies
- Working knowledge of current ATS and other recruiting applications (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-energy, positive attitude, and strong desire to improve through coaching
- Listens with purpose and naturally curious
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- This role will begin as a contract position on a per-placement fee
