Residency Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator (PC) manages the day-to-day administration of a residency/fellowship training program. This role ensures compliance with accreditation standards and supports the program's educational quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Director and GME office in maintaining program standards.
- Act as a liaison between residents, fellows, the GME Office, and other departments.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, report preparation, and handling correspondences.
- Be knowledgeable about patient care and operational activities at training sites.
- Support new and existing GME programs as needed.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME) is required.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- General clerical and keyboarding skills
