Contact Lens Business Coordinator

SVS Vision is on the lookout for a dynamic, sharp-as-a-tack Contact Lens Business Coordinator to help us achieve sustainable growth by rethinking our industry and applying innovative practices. In this role, you’ll lead the research, development, and execution of strategic priorities, becoming an expert on opportunities to expand our business. You’ll also work cross-functionally to translate these into reality by partnering with our Marketing, Retail, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Help support the contact lens analyst in weekly and monthly business updates to management
  • Collaborate across departments to evaluate the value and implications of new opportunities
  • Aid in the support of all brick-and-mortar locations
  • Communicate with vendors and assist with product launches and fit kit selections for all locations
  • Lead the implementation of pilot tests, partnerships, and other corporate development activities to drive our long-term strategy priorities
  • Research new opportunities, such as new markets and potential products, services, and sales channels
  • Evaluate our strategic positioning and become an expert on new technology, consumer trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with activation team to advance our Contact Lens E-Commerce
  • Further additional financial support

Who you are:

  • Equipped with 2 - 4 years of experience in an analytic and strategic role
  • Experienced in planning and conducting market research
  • An optimistic and creative problem solver who’s a whiz at Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical with a deep appreciation for data-driven decision making
  • A crystal-clear communicator, skilled at translating data into strategic recommendations
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn
  • Proactive and comfortable working through uncertainty
  • A detail-oriented, operationally minded thinker who understands transaction cycles and customer behavior
