About the Role:

We are expanding our market presence in the Phoenix area and are looking for dedicated salespeople to help us reach new heights in our B2B market. This position offers a unique opportunity to sell a consumable product that nearly every business needs and regularly reorders, ensuring a steady stream of repeat customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects and clients, addressing any concerns and providing solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and potential challenges to your team leader.

  • Proven experience in prospecting and relationship building.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in an outside sales environment.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and generating leads.
  • Ability to climb and descend stairs and ladders up to 30 feet in height safely.
  • A clean driving record and reliable transportation (minimal overnight travel required, with some exceptions for trade shows and team meetings).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in selling air filters or industrial equipment/services.
  • Certified Air Filter Specialist (CAFS) certification is a plus.
  • A background in military, law enforcement, or competitive sports.
  • Experience in HVAC services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary plus commission with no earning cap. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and paid time off. During your initial six months, you will also be eligible for a Sales Behavior Objective bonus program. Expected first-year earnings range from $92,000 to $110,000, with an average annual growth rate of 11%.
