What We Need

The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the success of Country Supplier by directing vendor, customer, and employee inquiries to appropriate teams. This position is responsible for several administrative tasks including managing supply orders, monitoring phone calls, scheduling meeting rooms, and coordinating the office shipping and receiving requests. Additional duties are assigned by the executive teams

We need a dedicated Administrative Assistant who can:

  • Perform a variety of administrative support duties and projects as assigned by various individuals in the company including the Executives and senior management of the company.
  • Manages the ordering, and inventory of office supplies for all offices and locations. Coordinates with Purchasing on completed order requests.
  • Provides clerical support for all company departments by directing phone calls, emails, office visitors, and mail to applicable departments.
  • Assists with travel and hotel arrangements, as well as coordination of documents and supplies.
  • Is responsible for setting up and arranging all accommodation for high level meetings.
  • Processes, tracks, and follows-up on coupon submissions.
  • Responsible for scheduling of corporate vehicles.
  • Coordinates sorting and shipping to all company locations.
  • Maintains and distributes office communications.
  • Serves as a backup to the Executive Administrative Assistant.

Education and Experience

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Two to five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Physical Demands/Job Conditions

  • Required to sit for long periods of time in an office environment.
  • Very frequent phone and computer use.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
